Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to complete this tutorial.
Review Exam Content
Before publishing, review all exam questions. Ensure all questions have correct answers and explanations are clear.
Check Access Settings
Verify the "Make Exam Public" toggle is set correctly. Public exams can be accessed via link by anyone, while private exams are only available to assigned users within your organization.
Understanding Automatic Updates
Important: Changing exam settings like visibility (public/private), exam name, description, passing percentage, difficulty level, or advanced settings (timer, retries, resume later) do NOT require republishing the exam. These changes take effect automatically and immediately for all users.
Publish
Click the "Publish" button to make your exam questions are now live. Published exams are immediately available to users based on your access settings.
Share Exam Link
If you made the exam public, copy the exam link to share via email, social media, or embed on your website. Users can access the exam directly without logging in.
Assign to Users (Internal) - Business and Enterprise feature
For Business and Enterprise plans, you can assign the exam to specific users or groups from your organization. They will see the exam in their dashboard and receive email notifications. For Free and Essentials plans, the exam is available to all users in your organization.
