Understanding Hide vs Delete
Hiding an exam makes it invisible to users but preserves all data and results. Deleting permanently removes the exam and all associated user attempts and results. Choose wisely based on your needs.
Hide an Exam
Navigate to the exam you want to hide and click the "Hide" button. The exam will no longer appear in user dashboards or public links, but all data is preserved. By hiding the exam, you can still access it in the exam builder to edit it later. Hiding exam doesn't count for the account's limits.
Unhide an Exam
To make a hidden exam visible again, navigate to your exam list, find the hidden exam, and click "Unhide" to restore access.
Delete an Exam
To permanently delete an exam, navigate to the exam settings and click the "Delete" button. You will be prompted to confirm this action as it cannot be undone.
