How to Downgrade or Cancel

Follow these steps to complete this tutorial.
Access Billing Settings
Navigate to Settings > Billing and click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
Update or Cancel Subscription
Click "Update Subscription" to downgrade to a lower plan (Free, Essentials, Business), or click "Cancel Subscription" to cancel completely.
Understand Downgrade Impact
When downgrading: You lose premium features immediately, user limits are enforced (remove users if over limit), existing content remains but some features may be disabled, and group assignments may be removed.
Confirm Downgrade or Cancellation
Select your reason for canceling (helps us improve) and confirm. You keep your current plan until the end of the billing period, then new plan activates on renewal date.
What Happens After Cancellation
After canceling: You're downgraded to the Free plan on renewal date, no further charges occur, your data and content are preserved, and you can reactivate anytime.
