View User Statistics
The Users Reports tab shows 4 key metrics: Total Users, New Users (joined in last 30 days), Active Users (took at least one quiz in last 30 days), and Completed Quizzes.
Analyze User Activity Trend
View the line chart showing Total Users and Total Quizzes Completed over time (monthly). This helps track growth and engagement trends.
See Top Users
The Top Users chart displays users ranked by either Tests (number of completed exams) or Score (average score). Toggle between views using the Tests/Score buttons.
Review User Exam Performance Table
The table shows each user with their avatar, name, email, total exams completed, pass rate (with progress bar), average score (color-coded), and last exam date. External users are tagged and will also appear on the table.
Search and Sort Users
Use the search bar to find users by name or email. Click column headers to sort by any metric: exams completed, pass rate, average score, or last exam date.
