Drill down into individual user performance to see detailed exam history, scores, and progress.
Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to complete this tutorial.
Access User Details
From the User Exam Performance table, click "View Details" button (eye icon) next to any user to see their complete exam history and detailed analytics.
View User Profile Information
See the user's information, and whether they are an external user (marked with an orange "External" tag).
Analyze Performance Metrics
Review key metrics: Total Exams Completed, Passed Exams, Pass Rate, and Average Score for the user.
Exam History
The Exam History table shows all exams taken by the user. Click "View Details" on any exam to see all answers provided by the user. This includes both internal and external users.
