Understanding the Analytics Dashboard

Get familiar with the analytics dashboard and learn how to interpret key metrics at a glance.

Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to complete this tutorial.

1

Access the Reports Dashboard

Navigate to the Reports section. This is your central hub for all exam and user performance data, covering both internal and external users and exams.

2

Switch Between Report Views

Toggle between "Users Reports" and "Exams Reports" using the tabs at the top. Users Reports shows user engagement and performance, while Exams Reports displays exam-level analytics.

3

View Key Statistics

The dashboard displays 4 key metrics at the top: Total Users/Exams, New Users/Questions Created, Active Users/Pass Rate, and Completed Quizzes/Average Score. These update in real-time.

4

Analyze Visual Charts

Review interactive charts including User Activity Trend (line chart showing total users and quizzes over time) and Top Users/Technologies (horizontal bar charts with toggle between tests and scores).

5

Use Search and Filters

Use the search bar to find specific users or exams. Sort table columns by clicking headers to organize data by completion rate, scores, or dates.
