From the Exams Overview table, click "View Details" button (eye icon) next to any exam to see its complete analytics and performance data.

Analyze Completion Metrics
Review Total Completions (with breakdown of how many passed) and Pass Rate shown as a color-coded progress bar: Green (80%+), Orange (60-79%), or Red (<60%).

Exam Completion History
The Exam Completion History table shows all users who have taken this exam. Click "View Details" on any completion to see all answers provided by that user for this specific exam. This works for both internal and external users.
